We support districts in multiple functions, from cultivating student interest in the profession, to working with Institutions of Higher Education and Educator Preparation Programs to ensure the highest quality preparation and clinical experiences. Through personalized consultation, the multiplier effect of meaningful professional convenings, and tools and resources to support the work, we strive to support school district and systems level leaders and teams as they implement and manage changes that ensure conditions are optimal for educators to have rewarding, well-compensated, and impactful careers.
